Steam Cleaners

A steam cleaner is a cleaning appliance that superheats water to produce dry, superheated steam that contains only 5% water. This steam is then released on demand to clean, detail, sanitize, degrease and deodorize almost any surface without using harsh chemicals. Steam cleaners can help you achieve superior cleaning results with more efficieny and can also help get rid of bed bugs, allergens, mold, mildew, and odors. Steam cleaning is a very natural and easy way to clean anything!

Yes. When used for their intended purpose, quality steam cleaners are very safe and easy to use. Please make sure to read your user guide and visit our training videos section before use.

When steam cleaning, a washable microfiber cloth is attached to the accessory of your choice. This cloth helps the steam reach a higher temperature, retains moisture and picks up the dirt as you go. Just replace the microfiber cloth when it gets saturated by dirt or water.

For three main reasons: steam cleaning is simple, efficient and ecological. Steam requires only regular tap water to clean and sanitize, which is the perfect solution for those who have allergies, those with pets and children, and for anyone who is sensitive to the chemical film left behind by some cleaning products. Steam cleaners detail all surfaces quickly and efficiently. Steam can also be used for any and all applications, so you won't need to buy cleaning products for every surface in your house or business. Steam cleaners are also a quick and precise cleaning option, able to penetrate deep into the pores of the surface and in any nooks and crannies faster than any other cleaning tool.

The best steam cleaner depends mostly on your needs and intended applications (floor cleaning, degreasing, sanitation, car detailing, etc.). To help you make an informed decision, do not hesitate to contact us so we can better assess your needs.

No. Unless your model is models equipped with a specially designed detergent tank, do NOT add any chemicals to your steam cleaner, as it could damage the boiler. If your steam cleaner does have a special detergent tank, you can add some diluted non-toxic, non volatile detergent to the tank for added cleaning power. Always refer to your user manual for detailed operation instructions.

Every steam cleaner model is different (stainless steel vs. aluminum boilers), so always refer to your product's specific user manual for detailed maintenance instructions or contact us directly for support.

No. Simply drain the boiler (once the machine is completely cold) if you won't be using the machine for a few months. Otherwise, the only time you should empty the tank or boiler is to do a boiler drain after approximately every 20 hours of use.

Do not put anything other than clean water inside the water tank or boiler. You can always spray a natural detergent directly on the surface before steam cleaning. Always test a small, hidden area of the surface first. Let it work a few seconds and steam clean the surface as you would normally. We recommend using natural surfactants on heavily soiled and stained upholstery to make steam cleaning faster.

Yes, steam cleaners work on sealed hardwood floors. However, you should always check with the manufacturer for the cleaning instructions and always test a small, hidden area first and keep the tool moving as you clean. Do NOT steam clean unsealed or oiled hardwood floors.

You can refresh and deodorize small carpets and area rugs, but our steam cleaners are not large surface carpet cleaners or wall-to-wall extractors. They work better as spot cleaners, stain removers and area refreshers.

Bed bugs and dust mites are very sensitive to heat, which is why steam cleaners are an extremely efficient way to eradicate them. Bed bugs and their eggs die when they are exposed to a temperature of 130°F / 54.4°C, which is easily reached by Dupray steam cleaners.

All surfaces are different, but leather, silk, unsealed hardwood floors, and delicate wool rugs are surfaces to be very careful about cleaning. Always verify with the manufacturer for detailed cleaning instructions before applying steam. We recommend you test on a small hidden area to check for color bleeding or damages before cleaning the entire surface.

Using distilled water is recommended; it will prevent mineral build up inside the steam cleaner and increase the lifespan of the machine.

High temperatures are bacteria's worst enemy. Bacteria will start to die when exposed to temperatures between 140°F and 165°F. The longer the exposure, the better. Bacteria will die at temperatures above 212°F. Here is the third-party laboratory study conducted using our Neat steam cleaner.

Air Purifier

Bloom™ uses the most extensively tested and proven air filtration method to remove common air pollutants: High-Efficiency Particulate Air (HEPA) filters, class H-13 (medical-grade). These filters remove 99.97% of airborne particles as small as 0.1 micron in size.

No, Bloom™ does not come with a plant. You can choose your favorite plant to grow inside the removable planter. Remember to keep the plant height at a maximum of 1 m./3.3 ft.

Dupray worked with a team of engineers at the University of Basque Country (UPV/EHU) to design Bloom™ Air Purifier with the most efficient airflow possible. Together they used 3D fluid dynamic simulations to model and optimize the filter, inlets, outlets and impeller.

Bloom™ is certified for use with plants at a maximum height of 3.3 ft./1m. Do not let your plant exceed that height and be sure to prune your plant when needed.

We recommend that you turn the unit OFF and remove the planter from the base before watering the plant.

The replacement indicator will let you know when it’s time to replace your HEPA filter.* (*Approximately every 6-8 months)

Bloom™ operates normally at low noise levels. On blast mode, it is about as loud as a normal conversation or a household refrigerator. You can set it to NIGHT mode for ultra quiet filtration with noise levels as low as 24 dB.

Many plants pair well with the Bloom™ Air Purifier. Here are just a few: SPATHIPHYLLUM, MONSTERA, ZAMIOCULCAS, ANTHURIUM.

For the best fit, make sure your nursery planter is a maximum of 8" in diameter (approximately 1.5 gallons).

Bloom™ meets all applicable criteria outlined by the FDA guidance for air purifiers that may help reduce the risk of exposure to SARS-CoV-2. HEPA filters capture 99.97% of airborne particles, including bacteria and viruses.

No, Bloom™ does not emit ozone.

Bloom™ can help improve the air quality in any room. Based on the volume of the room, specific air changes will occur each hour, which will influence the product's performance.

We recommend you simply leave your Bloom™ Air Purifier on AUTO mode. The infrared PM2.5 particle sensor will detect even the smallest changes in air quality and the fan speed will automatically adjust accordingly.

HEPA filters are not meant to be cleaned, but should be replaced from time to time. The replacement indicator will let you know when it is time to replace the filter.* (*Approximately every 6-8 months)

You can vacuum any visible dust particles that accumulate on the pre-filter, or you can rinse it and put it in the washing machine and let it hang to dry. Do not use fabric softeners and do not put the pre-filter in the drying machine.

Yes, we recommend that you turn the unit OFF and remove the planter from the base before watering the plant.

For better performance, we recommend that you place Bloom™ in a spot where air can circulate freely around the entire unit, in rooms smaller than 1, 517 sq.ft. (141 ㎡.)

"TRUE HEPA" is actually an invented marketing term that doesn’t really mean anything. The base filter inside Bloom™ Air Purifier is a medical-grade HEPA-13 with an activated carbon layer. This classification refers to the efficiency of the filter. Our HEPA-13 filter removes 99.97% of air pollutants as small as 0.1 micron. It is one of the most efficient, proven HEPA filters available.

Yes, on NIGHT mode, Bloom™ draws as little as 2W.

When set to HIGH speed, Bloom™ operates at sound levels of 60 dB, the same level as a normal conversation.

Clothes Steamer

Depending how you use it (how much of the trigger is activated during use), one tank generally lasts between 15-25 minutes.

The Voilà™ is portable, lightweight and compact making it the ideal travel companion. Note: it will not work on different power voltage abroad.

The Voilà™ clothes steamer works on virtually all fabrics, but we advise you to take extra precautions when steaming very delicate fabrics like wool and silk. When in doubt, use the delicate fabric accessory and keep a larger distance from the material.

Both products are complementary. While the traditional iron will let you achieve perfect ironing results, it takes time to set up + more storage space. The Voilà™ is portable enough for travel, ready in seconds and doesn't require an ironing table. It's great for last-minute touch-ups!

Use it on delicate or sensitive fabrics.

No, this would require a much larger steamer since the surface is too large.

No. When used correctly, this clothes steamer doesn't drip or leave water marks.

Yes, for occasional touch ups, you can use the clothes steamer horizontally.

It depends on the exposure time and how close you hold the machine to the garment. Bacteria are very sensitive to heat and will not survive extreme heat exposure.

Regular tap water is fine, but using distilled water will prolong the life of the unit.
