Position Summary:

Dupray is seeking an Inventory Controller responsible for maintaining accurate, real-time inventory levels across our global locations. Reporting directly to the Supply Chain Manager, you will work closely with the Logistics, Operations, and Demand Planning teams to reconcile stock discrepancies and optimize inventory accuracy. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and proactive, and will help establish best practices and enhance our inventory management processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular cycle counts and audits to ensure accurate inventory levels;

  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies, identifying root causes such as mis-picks, receiving errors, or system inconsistencies;

  • Maintain up-to-date inventory records in the ERP system and recommend inventory adjustments as needed;

  • Work closely with 3PL warehouses (USA, Canada, France, UK) and internal teams to ensure compliance with inventory control best practices;

  • Communicate with demand planning and operations teams to support accurate stock reporting;

  • Analyze inventory trends and discrepancies, providing insights for process improvement;

  • Support month-end and year-end inventory counts and reconciliation efforts;

  • Develop and implement inventory control procedures to reduce variances and improve stock tracking.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Accounting, Business, or a related field.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in inventory control, supply chain, or warehouse operations, ideally in a product-based e-commerce or retail environment.

  • Solid experience with ERP systems; hands-on experience with NetSuite is strongly preferred.

  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel capabilities, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, and SUMIFS, with the ability to work efficiently with large datasets.

  • Experience working with 3PLs, warehouses, and freight/logistics partners.

  • Experience managing EDI workflows, including order processing, ASN generation, invoicing, and resolving discrepancies between ERP, 3PL, and retail partner systems.

  • Fluency in English and French.
