Position Summary:
Dupray is looking for an experienced project manager to join its team in Montreal and drive cross-functional initiatives across its organization. This is a hands-on role for someone who can demonstrate collaborative leadership, enjoys connecting the dots between different teams, and knows how to keep complex projects moving forward.
Reporting directly to the general manager, you will be responsible for managing the projects from conception to execution, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and that timelines are met. This position requires someone capable of navigating seamlessly between creative campaign projects and technical development projects.
Your day-to-day will include coordinating project timelines, facilitating communication between departments, anticipating obstacles, tracking deliverables, and proactively seeking out the information needed to keep projects on track. You will work on everything from marketing campaigns to product launches to technical implementations, making this position an ideal choice for someone who appreciates variety and complexity.
Responsibilities:
Stakeholder communication: Act as the primary liaison between the marketing, design, IT, product development, supply chain, operations, customer service, and finance teams to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment on project goals. Attend meetings and organize them as needed.
Project planning and execution: Develop and manage detailed project plans for marketing campaigns, design deliverables, and product launches. Ensure deadlines and objectives are met.
Process optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency within different teams.
Design collaboration: Work closely with designers to produce compelling visuals for packaging, online marketing, social media, and retail initiatives.
Marketing strategy alignment: Ensure all project deliverables align with the overall marketing strategy and brand messaging, supporting e-commerce and retail objectives.
Content coordination: Manage the production of marketing assets, including graphics, videos, and copywriting, ensuring consistency across all platforms and channels.
Vendor and partner management: Coordinate with external partners, such as printers, agencies, or freelancers, to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
3+ years of project management experience.
Experience in project management in a corporate (in-house) or marketing agency environment.
Familiarity with ClickUp or similar project management platforms.
Fluency in English and French.
Skills:
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with multiple departments and functions.
Experience collaborating with marketing and IT teams on web and back-office system projects.
Proactive mindset with a talent for gathering information and removing obstacles.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with competing timelines.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence without formal authority.
Solid understanding of how marketing strategy translates into creative development and execution.
Comfortable facilitating meetings and workshops with diverse teams.
Ability to translate business requirements into actionable project plans.
