Clean home, cleaner footprint

You already know steam cleaning skips the chemicals. But what if the way you buy your cleaning tools could be just as mindful as the way you use them?

Dupray's refurbished collection is a lineup of certified refurbished and open-box products, available now in the US and Canada. Same performance. Same warranty. Less waste.

What "refurbished" actually means at Dupray

The biggest misconception first: refurbished does not mean broken, patched up, or second-rate.

Every refurbished product is a customer return or a unit with damaged packaging. Before it reaches you, Dupray's team inspects it, tests it for full functionality, and replaces any parts that need it with brand new components. Units that don't pass get pulled from the lineup. They are not resold.

You receive the product in a new box, with all original accessories included.

Open-Box vs. Slightly Used: what's the difference?

Both tiers go through the same inspection and testing process. The difference is cosmetic.

Open-Box units may show light handling marks from shipping. Functionally, they are indistinguishable from a new unit.

Slightly Used units are customer returns that have seen some real-world use. They may have visible cosmetic wear, scuffs, or minor surface marks. Every worn part is replaced with a new one during inspection, so performance is the same. The signs of use are purely on the outside.

Both tiers ship with the same warranty as a new product, and both include all original accessories.

Why buying refurbished is a real eco move

Sustainability talk can feel abstract. Carbon offsets, supply chain certifications.

Buying refurbished is concrete. A unit that could have ended up in a landfill gets a second run. You save money. It performs the same as new. And you're choosing a product designed in Canada with durability as a priority, not planned obsolescence.

Pair that with chemical-free steam cleaning, and you have a home care routine that's easier on the planet without being harder on you.
