Your privacy is important at Dupray. So we've developed a Privacy Policy that covers how we collect, use, disclose, transfer, and store your information.
Please take a moment to read about our privacy practices.
Personal information is data that can be used to identify or contact a single person.
You may be asked to provide your personal information anytime you are in contact with Dupray or an Dupray affiliated company. Dupray and its affiliates may share this personal information with each other and use it consistent with this Privacy Policy. They may also combine it with other information to provide and improve our products, services, content, and advertising. You are not required to provide the personal information that we have requested, but, if you chose not to do so, in many cases we will not be able to provide you with our products or services or respond to any queries you may have.
Here are some examples of the types of personal information Dupray may collect and how we may use it.
When you create a Dupray account, register your products, apply for commercial credit, purchase a product, download an application, contact us or participate in an online survey, we may collect a variety of information, including your name, mailing address, phone number, email address, contact preferences, and credit card information.
In the U.S., we may ask for your Social Security number (SSN) but only in limited circumstances such as when determining whether to extend commercial credit.
The personal information we collect allows us to keep you posted on Dupray's latest product announcements, and upcoming events. If you don't want to be on our mailing list, you can opt out anytime by contacting us.
We also use personal information to help us create, develop, operate, deliver, and improve our products, services, content and advertising, and for loss prevention and anti-fraud purposes.
From time to time, we may use your personal information to send important notices, such as communications about purchases and changes to our terms, conditions, and policies. Because this information is important to your interaction with Dupray, you may not opt out of receiving these communications.
We may also use or share personal information with third parties that may be located in other countries, in order to provide services to such users, including but not limited to transaction processing and to help us create, develop, operate, deliver, and improve our products, services, content and advertising, and for loss prevention and anti-fraud purposes.
If you enter into a sweepstake, contest, or similar promotion we may use the information you provide to administer those programs.
Dupray doesn't share its client's personal information for marketing or promotion purposes.
Dupray shares personal information with companies who provide services such as information processing, extending credit, fulfilling customer orders, delivering products to you, managing and enhancing customer data, providing customer service, assessing your interest in our products and services, and conducting customer research or satisfaction surveys. These companies are obligated to protect your information and may be located wherever Dupray operates.
It may be necessary − by law, legal process, litigation, and/or requests from public and governmental authorities within or outside your country of residence − for Dupray to disclose your personal information. We may also disclose information about you if we determine that for purposes of national security, law enforcement, or other issues of public importance, disclosure is necessary or appropriate.
We may also disclose information about you if we determine that disclosure is reasonably necessary to enforce our terms and conditions or protect our operations or users. Additionally, in the event of a reorganization, merger, or sale we may transfer any and all personal information we collect to the relevant third party.
Dupray takes the security of your personal information very seriously. Dupray online sales services protect your personal information during transit using encryption such as Secure Socket Layers (SSL). When your personal data is stored by Dupray, we use computer systems with limited access housed in facilities using physical security measures.
Dupray makes it easy for you to keep your personal information accurate, complete, and up to date. You can access some of the personal information that we collect about you by logging in to your account. You also have the right to make a request to access other personal information we hold about you and to request corrections of any errors in that data. You can also close the account you have with us for any of our Sites at any time. To make an access or correction request, contact us.
Dupray websites, products, applications, and services may contain links to third-party websites, products, and services. Our products and services may also use or offer products or services from third parties. Information collected by third parties, which may include such things as location data or contact details, is governed by their privacy practices. We encourage you to learn about the privacy practices of those third parties.
To make sure your personal information is secure, we communicate our privacy and security guidelines to Dupray's employees and strictly enforce privacy safeguards within the company.
Our Website is designed for those 18 years of age and older. If you are under 18 years, you can browse our websites but you'll need the supervision of a parent or guardian. It's the responsibility of parents or guardians to monitor their children's use of our websites.
For the purposes of applicable EU data protection law (including the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (the “GDPR”), we are a 'data controller' of your personal information.
You are also entitled to ask us to port your personal information (i.e. to transfer in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, to you), to erase it, or restrict its processing. You also have rights to object to some processing that is based on our legitimate interests, such as profiling that we perform for the purposes of direct marketing, and, where we have asked for your consent to process your data, to withdraw this consent as more fully described below.
These rights are limited in some situations – for example, we can demonstrate that we have a legal requirement to process your personal information. In some instances, this means that we may retain some data even if you withdraw your consent.
Where we require your personal information to comply with legal or contractual obligations, then provision of such data is mandatory: if such data is not provided, then we will not be able to manage our contractual relationship with you, or to meet obligations placed on us. In all other cases, provision of requested personal information is optional.
If you are situated in the EU and have any complaints regarding our privacy practices as data controller, you have the right to make a complaint at any time to your local Supervisory Authority. We would, however, appreciate the chance to deal with your concerns before you approach your Supervisory Authority so please contact us in the first instance. Please see our contact details below in the section titled “Contact Us”.
Dupray may update its Privacy Policy from time to time. When we change the policy in a material way, a notice will be posted on our website along with the updated Privacy Policy.
