Voluntary product safety recall of certain Dupray Neat™ Steam Cleaners
We are voluntarily recalling certain Dupray Neat™ Steam Cleaners. At Dupray, customer safety is our highest priority. When an issue may affect the safe use of one of our products, we act quickly, transparently, and responsibly.
What's the issue?
When the boiler is overfilled, corroded, and the pressure release valve also malfunctions, the boiler may rupture, creating a risk of burn hazards or serious injury to users or bystanders. This issue has been identified in certain production batches of the Dupray Neat™ Steam Cleaner.
This product was sold online at dupray.com and in stores and online at Home Depot, Lowe’s, Macy’s, Walmart, Amazon.com and other retailers nationwide from April 2018 through December 2025. This recall includes Neat™ Steam Cleaners with the Model No. DUP020WNA and Batch/Date Code 0118-01 through 0425-05.
Stop using your product immediately and check if your unit is affected.
What’s the remedy?
For all Neat™ Steam Cleaners affected by the recall, Dupray will provide a FREE replacement water cap (pressure-release valve) designed to prevent malfunction. The new cap is quick and easy to install with a simple screw-on design. There is no cost to you (shipping included).
